Netball Win!

Our A and B netball teams took part in a local tournament. As usual, they were a credit to the school with fantastic behaviour and attitude and they played great netball both individually and as a team.   

From the A team, we saw great defending, resulting in them winning the ball back for their team on numerous occasions, controlled ball movement down the court and finishing with some amazing shooting by both shooters.   They were consistent in their play across all their games, resulting in them beating St Augustines in the final to take the trophy for Roselands. 

From the B team, again we saw consistently good defending and winning the ball throughout the court in every game.  They improved their ball movement and shooting as their confidence grew in each game, seeing them meeting Forres to compete for 3rd/4^th position and their persistence paid off, gaining them 3^rd place in their grouping. 

A well contested tournament and well deserved positions achieved by both teams.  We are really proud of them and their achievements.
